Get out there and offer out offers for cus­tomers that have brought from you many times. There are peo­ple out there that will buy time and time again to get into a cer­tain club or get an exclu­sive offer so make sure that you do some­thing like this, it will impress customers.

Cus­tomers know a lot more about the com­pany than you might first think so make sure you realise this. It does not mat­ter if it is a tip or a com­plaint they are essen­tially help­ing the busi­ness. A com­pany that takes in com­plaints and changes the busi­ness to suit the cus­tomers is cer­tainly a busi­ness that is des­tined to suc­ceed. If a cus­tomer is try­ing to help your busi­ness and you are not doing any­thing then do not expect another visit.
